As a body and collision repair facility, the technician’s skill level is critical. A repair facility can have all of the superior and sophisticated equipment in the industry but without a skilled technician they serve little purpose. Fortunately, we have found technicians who are highly skilled and competent. We make sure that they feel at home with us and provide them with all they need to be successful. Globaljig Frame Machines: This machine is extremely complicated. It requires an expert technician that is knowledgeable and experienced. Therefore, Globaljig offers certification courses to ensure proper knowledge and usage of the machine.
A.S.E. is an organization that provides testing of the technician's skill level. This testing service demonstrates what level a technician is at in a variety of skills. Based on these test scores, we can ascertain which areas need improvement. Consequently, we send our technicians to schools that will enhance their skill level in whatever area they need.
