Eli's Auto Center takes great pride in every one of its employees. We believe that the employee staff is the nuts and bolts of a great facility. We have worked hard to create an environment that is a second home for a staff that's dedicated, highly trained and experienced. The following is a brief summary of some of our key staff members.
Staff Members:
Our head mechanical technician has worked at Eli's for 31 years. Like Eli, he started his career as a technician at BMW's Ocean Motors in Santa Monica. He came to Eli's in 1977 and has become an ASE certified master technician, a certification that only the most experienced and talented technicians are able to acquire. He is knowledgeable, skilled and able to repair all vehicles, but his specialty is German and European cars.
Our head frame and body technician is one of the best in the city. He's been a top body man for 25 years and a skilled expert who can successfully repair your damaged vehicle to its pre-loss condition. You can view some of his repairs on this website, and the results will appear to you to be just plain magic. His experience is proved with certification from institutions such as I-CAR GOLD and ASE.
Our Glasurit certified painter has been painting cars for 10 years. His pride in his work is more than obvious, as he's performed some of the best paint jobs in the city. He's dedicated to developing the perfect color match and refinish for your car, no matter how long it takes.
Our operations team is in charge of making sure your car is repaired on schedule and completely to its pre-loss condition. Several team members have certification from I-CAR, ASE, and the Glasurit refinishing company. But they all care deeply about Eli's reputation and make sure that all repairs are above both industry expectations and yours.
Our customer service team's main goal is to satisfy every customer and they take their mission very seriously. They believe in maintaining long-term customers, and they know that word-of-mouth is the best advertising. It's the job of this expert team to make sure the facility meets and exceeds all of its commitments to its customers. With many years of experience at insurance companies, they provides personalized assistance to customers, updating them on the status of their vehicles and interacting with insurance companies on customers' behalf. Their extensive career in customer service has given them the tested experience to ensure that all of Eli's customers are taken care of at the highest level
