It can take up to two hours to set a damaged vehicle up on a frame machine, and most technicians do not want to take the time to do it. Not to mention the cost some shops have to bear to rent jigs if they do not have a Globaljig frame machine. Since the technician doesn't put the car on the machine, the car's frame correction is done by sight only. It is never accurately measured. It can provide the technician with an accurate measurement of the vehicles damage without having to put it on the frame machine. Within 10 minutes a technician will have the information needed to repair the structural damage on the vehicle. The technician can now repair the vehicle with the same accuracy as if the car was put on the frame machine.
